1) Bookings are accepted on condition that guests have their own valid comprehensive travel insurance cover inclusive where necessary evacuation.

2) Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit.

3) The balance is payable in full 35 days prior to arrival date.

4) To reserve a booking, please send an email to us and your booking will be held provisionally for 14 days thereafter if not confirmed, it expires unless you request for extension. 

5) Booking shall only be confirmed upon receipt of a booking voucher with full details of the client and the services required, and deposit payment.

6) In case of cancellation

- 120 days and above prior to reservation, the deposit is refundable net of bank charges.

- Between 120 days and 46 days, 20% of the full value is forfeited. 

- Between 45 days and 31 days, 50% of the full value is forfeited. 

- 30 days and no show, 100% is forfeited. 

7) Guests are required to fill-in registration card on arrival/check-in.

8) Check in time on arrival is 11h00 am and check out time is 10h00 am on departure day (but we are flexible)

9) We reserve the right to review our published rates without prior notice.
